Made for 3 different sized rooms, this platform’s features include one-touch join, content casting, and remote access for the whole company.
OneDrive
Another collaboration tool Microsoft 365 offers is a file hosting service called OneDrive. Users are able to safely store their files into the cloud, where they will then be able to access them from almost any of their devices. Once you save your file to OneDrive, you can edit, share, and collaborate both with internal and external people on any device.
SharePoint
SharePoint is a web-based platform where you can create forms, workflows, sync and store files, and build sites and document libraries. It has a search feature that can find specific files, documents, or people in your organization. You can also decide which documents you want to be private, public, and/or shareable.
